Good guys who are active on campus and frat stars.

Probably the realist and nicest guys on campus. They break every stereotype of douche frat guy. Most attractive out of any frat. Who wouldn't like lambda?

Their new guys are the most attractive, their older members are involved, always funny whenever I go over. Honestly if they arent top, there isnt a top house.

You have to get to know a house before you can judge them, and stereotypes that go around nowadays are just ridiculous. These Lambda Chis are among some of the top men on campus and they always carry themselves with their heads held high. They may have a few rough patches every now and then, but they are on their way to secure the number one spot on campus for sure. Watch out SigEp.

All the girls seem awkward, although there some cute and fun ones. Mostly they're just kind of there.. Only known for Mock Rock

Kappas are the classic girls next door. They might not all be the hottest girls in the world, but they are extremely good looking, fun, chill, well-rounded and try to support every house on campus! Sisterhood looks strong with minimal drama. Looks to me like their sorority is an actual home to it's members, unlike some other houses that girls join just for a title.

I've met some pretty nice Alpha Phi's, but it's no surprise that most of them during recruitment are only attracted to the looks of the girls. Their drop out rate is insane, as they try to only recruit pretty girls. Most girls join and realize they have poor sisterhood, lots of drama, and they're overall not passionate about their own philanthropy or creating cohesiveness in the house. Drama and cliques, & partying. Most are all just a pretty face, and won't amount to much after college.

Good group of guys and one of the only fraternities on campus who is not under some type of national or university probation.
