Really feel unwelcome at their house if I'm just out with friends and not trying to hook up. Most the guys are great outside of parties.

A top destination of mine for parties, but sometimes it seems like that's all they spend their money and time on. Great guys to party with but hardly know what else they do on campus.

Whenever I'm at the house I can feel strong brotherhood in the members. They really hold each other accountable for their actions, and despite slowing down in parties they still try to be involved on campus and in greek life philanthropy events.

Used to be a top house, now middle. The upperclassmen are struggling to keep them there but their underclassmen, especially the freshmen, are just low-tier material. Next year's recruitment will be make or break for DG since their great seniors will be leaving.

SPE is a communal joke among all the fraternities on campus. They operate like a sorority and are pretty bad all around

Cliquey like a sorority and they hand out bids like them. Middle of the pack at best - they cant hold down a party. Can count on Lambda to be quiet by 11pm.
