I use to be a member and this is truly one of the most toxic environments I have ever been a part of. Built on a major hierarchy system where the upperclassmen think that they are literal gods. People are nasty to each other and we would be screaming at each other in chapter meetings.They evict people who don’t have enough “points” to live out junior year but don’t want to live in again. In 2019, they evicted 8 girls despite the fact that they only signed one year contracts that ended before the next school year. There was no legal grounds to do such a thing, so they told the girls since they were terminating their memberships, they were banned from the property and if they returned they would be trespassing. Their reason for terminating people was that they were “not upholding the sisterhood values”, but what’s sisterly about kicking someone out of a house that they can’t afford for two years? They threatened to actually go to court if anyone fought the eviction with lawyers to get their money back for the rest of the year and permanently put it on in peoples records that they had been evicted so that they would have trouble finding places to live in the future. Just absolutely evil. This was in the middle of a term during week 8 (when people usually have midterms) and gave them 6 days notice to leave the premises. Alpha Phi also has one of the worst chefs of all time and the food is nearly inedible. They also have a risk system that is so messed up I can’t even describe it. Please avoid this house, you will end up with more enemies than friends and most likely face evictions. And for the love of god, DO NOT SIGN ANY HOUSING CONTRACTS WITH THEM.

This house needs to get kicked off campus this house is fake. They bully their own members, get other members in trouble for personal gain. Those looking to rush, there are 11 other great houses, aphis tactic is to get people to rush them because everyone drops after a few months - a year. They rush good and then you will join the house thinking they care about you but they don’t. It’s just because they are broke as a house and need members. People will join cuz of the “rep” but there is no reputation. You won’t have functions if you join cuz every frat doesn’t want to party with them. And all the sororities know that these girls are bullies and about how high the drop rate is, save your money and go axo, theta, agd, dg any of those houses are solid.

This house is the definition of a “True Gentlemen”. My friends and I have been to other fraternities outside of OSU such as UO, and WAZZU. Something about this house and the boys here that we love. Not only that but you can actually have an intellectual conversation with anyone of these boys, they’re not your typical “frat” boy with a rock as a brain. Looks, brains, and manners!!!

Our house has had a couple functions with Pike and we love them! These boys are very sweet, welcoming, and make us feel safe the times we’ve been over! They’re junior class has a lot of cute smart boys but they mostly go to the bars. Wish the juniors specially were at the house more!

Not very genuine girls. There’s definitely a few good ones, but majority I have crossed paths with have been incredibly disgusting experiences. Truly takes me back to high school drama and bullies. They have a terrible reputation with local food places and businesses where they go to hang out for being entitled and rude to fellow minimum wage employees…big yikes

I love this chapter because they are so nice to everyone and they are also very pretty. I have made a lot of friends in this chapter and they have made my experience here so great.

They’re nice to have them on a big one too and the other people don’t want them in a big room for sure yet if that’s the problem I have a few people I think I’ll have a few people that might have been a blessing in a little late but they don’t want them out
