Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. I beg everyone in future recruitments to not join alpha phi. Aphi is usually a top house at most schools and has a very popular reputation but NOT HERE. If you are coming from out of state and think you want to go aphi because the schools by you have an aphi that’s good, it’s not like that here. Alpha phi hands down has the worst reputation at Oregon state and can barely keep a girl in for more than a year. Their members are dropping like flies. Not even over their terrible sisterhood or horrible reputation, but over the fact that they are getting bullied/evicted/etc. Other sororities don’t want to be friends with an aphi and frats don’t want any events with them because of their rep. Save yourself and go any other house. AXO, Theta, AGD, even DG or Kappa. Literally any of the other houses are better. Please don’t waste your only chance of joining a house on aphi, you’ll drop after the first year.
