i'm in a sorority that isn't panhellenic but i wish i was a theta so bad, their house is so pretty and they look like they have a lot of beauty and brains

This business, and yes I am intentionally saying business because this chapter is the furthest thing from a sisterhood, sees each member as a check rather than an actual human being. There is no sense of family, belonging, or community. One of the biggest regrets in my life was accepting a bid and joining this house. If you want a house where people care about you for you and not just to fill the house with enough people to pay the rent and property taxes, go anywhere else. There are some amazing sororities at oregon state and this house may have been one at some point, but it isn’t anymore. Save yourself.

Great frat, very genuine and interesting guys. They’re the only frat id feel completely comfortable and safe at. Bonus points for diversity and actual personalities

So sweet and really fun, they always show up and have a good time. Known for being the life of the party and going hard. Sisterhood is amazing and everyone is really nice. Definitely a top tier sorority I’d say it’s in the top 3 depending on who you ask

Awkward and very rude rich girls. They don’t go out and frats don’t invite them. Known for taking anyone they can get and definitely bottom tier I’d say bottom 2-3
