Phi Delts are a chill group of guys. For a while, the house was recovering from a party that happened back in 2015 which resulted in a missed year of recruitment, social probation, and 10,000 community service hours. The current members have been hard at work improving the house and it's great to see them bouncing back

The problem is they aren’t allowed to rush with alcohol. Getting guys drunk and then having them sign may work with numbers but those guys won’t stay after they get tired of drinking.
