I'm using this as a chance to even out a really bad review I left around February 2021. That was extremely out of line and I feel terrible that I cannot remove it. I would go on here and bash a lot of frats to try and feel better about my situation blah blah whatever. Was a bad time. Anyway. I ended up becoming friends with a few Delts and they are some of the nicest dudes I know. Their live-out, The Treehouse, is a perfect spot for parties. Some of the ranks I left in this may not be 1000% accurate, because yeah, they aren't the most popular frat around but I'm trying to help balance their ranking because they deserve it. They've been putting in work and getting their name out this year and it's been really cool to see. Always wishing them the best for the future.
