In recent years Phi Psi has climbed the ladders and they are clearly a top 2 house. Everything about them from their parties to how they respect women is top tier. A new wave is coming to OSU and it remains phi psi.

That last post was laughable. Dirty rushing is an SAE thing, not Lambda. They have a great rep and actively participate in events that they win. People like them because they are active and involved. Soooo many reasons why this is a top house. If they “snitch” then why do they have a great rep with other frats? Sorry you are listening to fake new...lol.

The list goes on and on for why this house is the worst “large” fraternity on campus. They snitch on other fraternities, creep girls out, bid literally every freshman on campus, use their “future” house as a recruitment tactic, dirty rush with functions, etc. Absolute bottom of the barrel, classless children. I do not recommend this house to ANYONE

Good chapter with excellent dudes. Best chapter on campus by far. No way it’s the 16th best. It is top 2 and not even 2
