Ask anybody NOT a pi kapp and you'll know the top houses are (in no order) phi delt, sigep, lambda, sae and phi psi...pi kapp is a solid lower mid-tier house

Chill doesn't make you top

Really stuck up snotty girls who all hate each other. They are so caught up in their own drama that you’ll never see them around campus. Being in this house seems like a nightmare

These girls have definitely come a long way. The most recent two PCs have really turned things around. They are way more involved on campus than ever before. A very tight knit group if super sweet girls. You really can’t go wrong with this house.

This house is an awesome well rounded house, that has pretty, down to Earth girls that are very involved on campus, a top house in grades and fun to hang out with!

Great Fraternity

I do not understand some of the negative comments on this sorority. Yes they do like to party a lot, but they’re in college what do you expect? I don’t by any means think this classifies them as “ratchet”, most of them are actually really cool girls who just know how to have a good time. Secondly, it’s a huge group of girls and with any group of girls there is drama. As a close friend of one of the members in the house, I know they are the chillest on campus and if there is any drama they work it out and move on right away. If you wanna talk drama head down the street to AXO. They are not stuck up whatsoever, they show up to every party they’re invited to and are thrilled to meet new guys and dance. They are one of the less involved on campus in terms of philanthropies, but all around they are such a great group of girls.
