Dream on. This house is falling apart (roof leaks) etc for being so new. Your reputation is meh at best. Phi psi has never been considered one of the top. It simply isn’t. Not because people hate or are jealous...just because the quality of the group doesn’t pull like the top 5 (in no order...Phi Delt, SAE, Lambda, Sigep and Sigs). BTW...anyone else notice that Kappa Sigma went from like 20 guys to over 50 last term? Talk about “up and coming”.

partied a few times with the boys in this house this past quarter and was always a blast! Also, their Halloween party was so fun this year, def going around there more winter term. Super nice guys and very respectful towards their guests and women in general. Keep it up DU!
