The awkward kids from high school who all joined the chess club. Sadly, they don't know how to act around ladies.

Lambda is known for their involvement in philanthropies and competitions...and they win. People like to be part of a winner...they have the largest scholarship endowment of any greek organization at OSU (held with the OSU Foundation) which means they award more scholarships to their members than any other group. I can see where people would think that being big is a bad thing...but when you look at how active they are, they are clearly getting people who participate. Because they are organized well enough to provide a structure for 150 members they can pull it off. Look at any other Pac12/SEC school etc and you'll see many chapters in the 100+ size. And let's be real...once that new house is built...well...you know. The last three posts (within minutes) by a threatened phi psi just show how popular they are...

What can I say about my Phi Psi guys?!? Absolutely amazing physical house with a great brotherhood, extremely hard to get a bid, but are still very well rounded. They’ve risen so far these past few years, and have great wins and a great future coming!
