These girls are the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. I've never had more fun partying with any other sorority and they truly care about making everyone comfortable. Almost no one drops and people fight to live in for another year rather than fighting to live out like every other sorority (at least that's what I've heard). They are nice and welcome their new pledges with respect. People don't usually consider them a top house but everyone should because they have the nicest girls who you can always count on. Go Theta!!
