The last two negative posts were from Phi Psi (who rated themselves up the same day/time they rated you down)...Pi Kapp is the best up and coming house. out of all the middle houses (Phi Psi, Fiji, SIgma Pi, Pike and Pi Kapp), Pi Kapp is one of the ones moving up...along with Pike. Fiji and Sigma Pi stay in the same place and Phi Psi drops this year.

as one of the top five fraternities (SAE, Sigs, Lambda, Phi Delt and SPEs), they have a lock on great grades...only criticism is they don't do much else and they are dry...and drop people quickly for bad grades...
