True. Don’t believe that they are top. Look at the OSU CFSL website under “grade reports” and judge for yourself. Clearly not top with a gpa that low, but hey, don’t listen to me...just read the actual official university report.

No confusion here. After the 2015 incident in which this house almost let a party guest die because they didn’t want to get in trouble for calling 911 and was punished, they have struggled to keep their numbers up and so they give out bids like candy

yes...if you have a gpa of 3.0 or higher, then you are eligible to join. Many frats have a GPA requirement. The lower tier groups like Pi Kapp and Phi Psi only require a 2.7 so literally anyone can join. Sigep has standards...you have to agree. One of the biggest and best frats...part of the elite top 5.

Since they are next door to Phi Psi, there is often confusion. Phi DELT does not bid everyone...you meant Phi PSI...and then evidently, all the new phi psi guys quit the day of jump. That was awkward af to watch...we were embarrassed for them. Sad...really really really sad.

Secretly they are planning on bidding us and we will probably say yes! Since ATO is the top of all the middle frats, they are way ahead of DU, Phi Psi, Sigma Pi, Pike and Pi Kapp.

Their new house will hold plenty of people in the chapter meeting room. Lambda held a summer event for PNMs and their parents and officially announced their date for groundbreaking in 2020-21 school year! Their alums have already had conversations with other greeks about renting empty houses (like TKE or AGR) during the construction.

We tried to give this house a chance last school year. Never again. A bunch of creepy guys with nothing to offer but desperately trying to smash girls. Shame on you all.
