Stop lying about better houses. Phi Psi has amazing parties, so what if SPE have high grade requirements? Oh right, it's Lambda so they let any old goober get a bid there instead of having to earn it like SPE and Phi Psi. But yeah, from what Ive heard from ifc, lambda will likely not be around much longer.

I wondered why the lambda hate showed up and then saw the “don’t rush” comment. Yes...rush a frat that does nothing and wins nothing (phi psi) or drops you the first time your grades dip below a 3.0 in a term (Sigep). Lambda has the best retention of all fraternities. When people join, they like it so much they stay. Guess that says enough for their brotherhood. Rush where you want and see who you like.

Frat douches. Newsflash, every house makes their new people join a club. These guy are such goobers, they give out the most bids of any house during rush. They have no brotherhood because they are so big and no participation does not mean brotherhood. Easy to have participation when youre a house filled with 200 people of which you hardly know. Creepy from what I've heard as well. Don't get lured in by their rush ads on insta ad their greekrank spam, and rush a real like Phi Psi or SPE

Whats lambdas rep? They participate. They are known to show up for the philanthropies they choose. They are the only house that donates 100% of the money they raise to their philanthropy. The biggest and most active. Their retention is high. People hate on them cuz of their success and size. They require 100% of their members to be in clubs/orgs. Your lies are simply unfounded.

My sisters and I would never come to this house. PNMs remember to rush a REAL house like Phi Kappa PSI and Sig Ep when springrush comes around! These lambda boys will lie and put anything in your mouth in order to get you to sign a bid with them. Watch out.
