Strange that the negative posts are all on here for lambda and not listed on phi psi 24/7. Sorry...who’s desperate? Rush and join where you feel comfortable. Lambda is an active diverse house where lots of people feel included.

They upped their party game fall term for sure. Halloweekend was a blast. They're on the rise I'm seeing them more on campus. I would call them upper middle tier.

Lambda is getting desperate and feels threatened it seems. They're having all of their "associate members" spam greekrank and hide any negative reviews about them. Fact of the matter is, all of the bad stuff this house has done is starting to catch up with them. The day of reckoning is coming soon. Tubby. PNM's don't get sucked in and rush a real house like Phi Kappa Psi. It will be hard to get a bid, but it is worth it.

Has fallen fast and hard. Seriously one of the most irrelevant houses on campus. They hardly participate, didn't get a SING partner, get bad numbers, and I have literally never heard a girl talk about going to a Phi Delt party. In fact, many girls have never even heard of them which says a lot since their house is the first you should see when coming off campus. Waste of space house.

Theta Chi is a great fraternity at OSU. Easily top 3 and it's on greek row. It's also the second oldest fraternity on campus with a huge house and a great group of brothers.
