Does anyone know if having a tiny nose piercing stud would effect my recruitment? Do sororities care about that?

No u will not be shunned no one cares about a piece of metal in ur face and even if they did that should not be a reason to change ur decision

Any sorority that would have a problem with something as simple as a piercing isn't a sorority you want to join
