Well, that is what I wonder about the other ones. I can tell you the ones that all say higher tier are not all pretty or all smart....maybe all wealthy or well-to-do for the one or two of them. DphiE has smart girls, pretty girls, nice philanthropy on campus, and are pretty much nice! Again, not all of them! Just like all of the other orgs.
