aephi alumni disappointed in chapter

i am a alumni of this organization and i am honestly so disappointed in what this chapter has come to. we used to be one of the best, very pretty, very fun, and very social.
what happened? we are now one of the worst and i am embarrassed to call the new pledge class my "sisters." hofstra needs to stop being so strict with hazing, this chapter was the best when we used to have a good pledge program

If you are actually an alumni then you must not have stayed very involved with the chapter so therefore you have no right to speak out like this because if you had stayed involved you’d know that we’ve always been a smaller org and nationals stepped in with recruitment and had us take almost every single girl that came out in order to up our numbers. No one was happy about this at first but guess what we adapted for the better of our chapter so it could continue to grow instead of be shut down. Wouldn’t you rather have SOMETHING to come back to instead of nothing?
