Used to fight for top rank, but this last class seems to be average. Truthfully, they are really caring and fun guys, but thats about all they are now. Wannabe party boys who dont have a presence anymore

Cool guys, agree about the older brothers graduating. They will be missed, especially because they really helped catapult Phi Kap to recognition. If they do well with recruitment this year, they will be all good to go. Hopefully no more weird types.. There are definitely some weirdos in there, and we don't need those people dominating the good ones, because that's their main issue at the moment! Overall, a good time though!

Usually newer fraternities start off really bad however this frat started off alright, not great, but decent and then improve but now they have been regressing since spring 2018 and this semester they have completely plummeted. Pi Lam is actually better than these guys. Absolute bottom org now!!!
