These guys are considered top tier on campus but have no class. They are all super obsessed with themselves and think that every girl wants them. As someone who goes here a lot there are only a couple genuine guys in this frat.

Phi Kap has some really cool guys but honestly they just rush all the other fraternities sloppy seconds. They are much like phi Delt in the respects that they take just about anyone. Nice people but not the most popular and it’s pretty apparent that half of their brothers don’t like each other. They’ve had multiple disaffiliations in the last year or two

These are great guys that get a bad wrap. Hands down best off campus fraternity. Rush AEPi if you don’t care about being in a school recognized fraternity

Once upon a time I literally watched a group of phi delts congregate at a party and convince the sorority they were mixing with to not let in 2 of their brothers to the party because of internal beef. Where’s the brotherhood? These guys let in literally anyone and it shows. They are a number driven fraternity that lacks the traditional bond that a fraternity is supposed to be built around...
