These guys have been getting heavily inflated ratings recently because they had a strong pledge class 2018. Very weird and have the reputations of divas. They don't seem to like each other and they have more drama in their house than any girls sports team.

This is and will be the best and most top tier frat on campus always has been and always will be. The downside of this is that Kappa Sig is also the hardest frat to get in. They throw the best parties and all the guys are welcoming and kind. Even though they used to have the best off-campus houses for parties, they still will remain the most liked frat on campus for 2020-21. If you are lucky enough to get an invite, don't hesitate as it is an opportunity of a lifetime.

If you know you can not get into any other frat on campus, this is the place to go. They let everyone in and have mostly nerds. The guys are immature and act cool because they think they are in a frat. Little do they know, everyone thinks their frat is the biggest joke on campus. I don't know which is worse, going to SAGA or going to Chi Phi.

Brutal pc and a declining house that will give out bids to anyone. Feel sorry for anyone considering this a top tier house maybe a couple years ago but not now and probably not soon.
