Word on the street is that Kappa Sig just got the pi kapp house, can anyone confirm or deny!?!

From what I've heard yes they got the pi kapp house and will move in Fall 2016

Pi Kapp is leaving cause the house has problems. So why would they want a house like that? Unless there's proposed renovation plans...
