Phi Psi
SAE
Beta
Sig Ep

Kappa Sig
Sigma Chi
Lambda
Sigma Nu

its all based on opinions, everyone will think different.
top 3: phi psi, beta, sig ep
next 3: SAE, Kappa sig, Sigma chi
next 3: lambda, sig nu, delta sig/FIJI??????

Top: phi psi, SAE, Beta

Upper: Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, Sig Nu

Mid: Lambda,. D Sig, DTD, Fiji

Bottom: DU, Theta Chi, AEPi, Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, ATO, A Sig, Pike.

Notes: DU and Theta Chi - Could see them jumping to the mid tier next year. DU is doing extremely well and their guys are becoming relevant, Theta Chi's numbers are starting to rise and the house will be a huge help next fall.

As far as all the other established houses, I don't see anything changing this year or next year. All have huge opportunities to grow and make greek life here better than before.
