What will happen with Theta Chi, SAE, Lambda, Pi Kapp next fall?

SAE is houseless...still. Theta Chi is moving back into their house (What lambda currently lives in). Lambda is moving into Pi kapps house across barnhart, and no idea what pi kapp is doing

Lambda just extended the lease to live in Theta Chi's house for two more years due to Theta Chi's lack of membership.

seriously just heard from a theta chi saying that's a complete lie...they own it

This is probably true. That is big and needs a lot of people to be living in it. Also, just because they own it does not mean that they are going to be getting it right away. Just look at the FIJI AEPi situation. The first year FIJI came back, every year for hte past 4 years it has been "FIJI is getting it back, trust me" Still hasn't happened...

I have two close friends in lambda, and they said they will be losing the house to theta chi. They have great alumni tho so replacing a house will not be a huge problem for them.
