phi psi rechartered in 2010

I was stumbling around on the internet and I came across some info that Phi Psi was rechartered in 2010.
Looks like they were kicked off in 99, tried to recharter in 04, failed and then came back in 2010. Props to them, I had no idea about this until now, and by the time I was a freshmen here in 2013 they were already a top house.
So to Theta Chi and all the others out there, good luck, maybe there is hope!

The best part is that when Phi Psi came back, they lived in AEPi's current house for the first year, but since Phi Psi nationals owned the big white house, they kicked AEPi out and took it back. Basically AEPi sucks.

Fun Fact: AEPi's house actually belongs to FIJI, who in my opinion deserve it over them.

It'll be extremely tough for Theta Chi to pull off what Phi Psi has done. Phi Psi was able to bring in actual good/cool guys from the beginning and was able to easily attract more cool/good guys which is very hard to do when most new houses blanket bid when they start off. To add to that, Phi Psi had a very rich history and tradition at UO with a ton of alumni and money. Having one of the best (if not the best) physical house on campus helped a lot as well.

I understand that but Theta Chi was also a top house with rich history etc when they got kicked off. And Phi Psi's house is overrated. The Theta Chi/lambda house is honestly much better, inside and out.

The only thing Theta Chi's house has going for them is the basement, which doesn't matter because they'll never be able to fill it up. Plus the best part is that phi psi has an incredible backyard.

An incredible backyard to do what in though? Let's be real here basically every frat has stopped throwing legit parties in their house because of the University cracking down. These rage spaces don't matter as much anymore.

I think it was empty for a while and then AEPi lived their lived there for a few years
