which frat is most selective with bids?

If you look at the popular houses like Phi Psi, SAE, Beta etc. You'll notice that a lot of their members are attractive, outgoing, can easily talk to girls/people in general, and for the most part have decent grades/going somewhere in life. Those 3 houses I'd say are the most "selective."

We are. maybe 10 out of the 40 guys they extended bids to were decent enough.. We all know they love to pump their numbers and go off of rep

They are "Top" houses based on the perception of how frequent/ successfully they party, otherwise you won't be getting much of an experience from so called "Top" houses.
