starting a new colony?

Hello I am a legacy of Pi Kappa Alpha or Pike and am wondering what it takes to start a colony at the U of O to hopefully have a chartered Pike here in the coming years?

Go on the FSL site. They're already coming in spring so you're in luck. Not that we need anymore fraternities....
