Is there a bit of a war going between these houses bc of housing sitch next year. I heard some people talking about it in my hall??

Sorority girl here. There really shouldn't be any war. LXA is living in a house that has ALWAYS been owned by theta chi. Theta chi is back so they have the right to live in it when they own it already.
