opinions of frats without houses?

I know everyone here likes to diick ride phi psi and beta constantly, but what about the other fraternities here like Kappa sig, Fiji, or phi delts

The title "Top house" is the most misused term ever. These are considered top frats for all the wrong reasons. They put focus in to "raging" and "getting girls". Their campus involvement, philanthropy, and the amount of actual productive things these chapters do is close to zero. Their are plenty of other chapters, housed and un-housed, where your time can be better spent while in college.

By: "Top house" means nothing
