by: Considering rushingSo from what i've heard, during rush sororities ask pnms if they're interested in any leadership positions... What type of answer are they looking for? Like what would be considered a "good" answer? And what exactly does this mean?

Sororities have many positions within the chapter that all have different responsibilities. Every chapter wants girls that are eager to take on these leadership roles to ensure the future of the chapter. These positions range from the president and the exec board down through social chair, newsletter chair, and other more specific positions. It's good to reference previous leadership experience and how you would want to continue that leadership within a chapter.
