junior receiving a bid

Does it make a big difference if i rush as a junior (i'm transferring in the fall). Would me being an upperclassman effect receiving a bid?

Frats no but sororities most likely. A lot of juniors got bids this last year tho.

frats yes. my house does not like to bid many juniors because they won't live in or really contribute to the house (holding a position, etc.)

Yeah I guess if, as a junior, you have no intentions of holding a position or doing anything beneficial in the chapter then yeah you won't get a bid.
