so why is theta, kd, and beta bottom?

I am rushing this fall and just am curious as to why these are always considered bottom tier? Looks? GPA? newer sororities? What separates them from the middles?

Theta's like actual house that they live in is a little weird looking. In general bottom houses tend to be more and more diverse the closer to the bottom (appearance and personality wise - many different types of girls that some people tend to be judgmental about). The ranking stuff is honestly silly though. Go to whatever house you feel comfortable. Some people really enjoy the mixed bag of girls in some houses and some people feel most comfortable with girls who all act similar and look similar to them like them. People stop caring about the rankings once they get older so just keep an open mind going through recruitment.
