Since this has been asked in the past so often, here's an update on which sororities and fraternities hangout with each other from what I've observed.

DG: SAE, Beta, Sigma Chi
Phi: Beta, Sig Ep
Kappa: SAE, Lambda
PiPhi: no clue honestly
ChiO: Sig Ep, Phi Psi
AXO: DTD, Lambda
KD: ???
TriDelt: ???
Theta: ???
GPhi: ???

i think since the middle houses are such a mixed bag they don't really have a specific house that they all hang out with. some girls hang out with phi psi, beta, etc. and some girls hang out with aepi.

This is absolute spot on. Kappa hangs with AEPI too
