rushing fraternity without a house?

Im an incoming freshmen who is considering rushing Fiji, I know that they do not have a house are they still worth rushing and in my four years like that they will have their old house back?

They will never get back the AEPI house. Got numerous close friends with them and they say Fiji is no where near getting back their old house
