phi delta theta rep

I am a incoming freshmen who is a phi delt legacy through my dad although he went to a different university. From what I have seen here is the phi delts are at the bottom of the barrel at UO which is actually really abnormal who according to my sisters who go to three seperate universities, the Phis are all the top houses. In my opinion, I don't care about the socialbstatus of top house; I just want a good group of guys to have a good time with. Will I find that at UO's Phi Delt?

Check them out but also check out other places. I had the same decision to make and I'm happy I didn't go with my legacy.
