I forgot AEpi, DTD, Pi Kapp, DY, FIJI, Phi delt, theta chi. cuz they're all pretty irrelevant lol sorry

That sigma chi is on social prob the entire fall as well. That will hurt their standing

Phi Psi, SAE, Beta, Sig Ep and Maybe Sigma Chi are the houses every guy wants to be in.

The rest are a hit and miss and they all have their pros and cons, but they don't compare to the houses listed above.

the only frats that are top and fun to hangout with are sae, sigma chi, beta, sig ep, and sometimes sigma nu. the rest of them are all irrelevant i think most girls would agree with me

I'd say they aren't THE top house but they are one of the top 3 (SAE, Beta, Phi Psi)
