overall summary
by: Fresh MeatCan someone go through and give short summaries of each sorority? Nothing long and also nothing that's rumored! just like.. their generally accepted reputation, grades, involvement, and philanthropy events? And whatever else you think is important. I know we're going to find all of this out I just want to know a little bit about everyone in general not just what rank they are! Thanks and go ducks!!!

alpha phi - regarded indisputably as THE top house, 4th in grades, they rage, they're hot, don't always participate heavily in other sororities philos but they go hard for anchor splash every year, their philos are phiesta, and phifa (frats only)
dg - known for having money, last in grades, liked by fraternities and disliked by sororities, i'm not sure about their involvement so maybe someone else can comment on that, their main philo event is anchor splash
pi phi - known as the good girls, top in grades, always participate in philanthropies (except anchor splash?), liked by most sororities, philos are pi burger fry and pi social
chi o - known as party animals, got in a ton of trouble with their nationals last year so even though they're off prob they'll be under close watch, 6th in grades, always participate in other houses events, liked by most frats and disliked by many sororities because girls think chi o put us all under extra watch by the school, their philos are chrismukkah and chi-o-bunga
kkg - known for being the bros of sorority life, they rage at their live outs, liked by fraternities and sororities, rarely participate fully in other houses events, 8th in grades, philo is kappa dodgeball
axo - known for being average and try hards (sorry), they have a ton of unofficials, participate heavily in everyone's philanthropy events, 2nd in grades, liked by most sororities and fraternities but don't really stick out, their philo is walk a mile in her shoes

axo - middle house, cliquey within sorority, very involved, really trying to be a top house
tri delt - middle house, very involved, random mix of girls, don't rage much
kd - bottom house, pretty involved, trying really hard to move up, also random mix of girls
theta - bottom house, trying way too hard to move up, forgettable, little to no sisterhood
g phi - bottom house, very involved, generally not loved by pnms, rad house

i'll try but I'll just rate them 1-10 on looks, grades (based on spring grades released by fsl, involvement in other houses events, their own philanthropies, their social life (as generally perceived), and what I think the tiers are.

and the only reasons the houses arent ranked by highest to lowest based on these numbers is probations, and people who keep accepting the reputations of the past and won't change rankings because of it

I like that this includes a lot of different aspects of being in a sorority, but unfortunately people still think that rankings have been solidified and theres no room for houses to rise. A few houses improved a lot this year and it sucks that it will probably never be acknowledged.

if there was an unbiased way to get a real ranking of sisterhood and add that into this it would generate the actual perfect ranking, and after that its just up to who wants the best overall house or who wants the best overall reputation. thats pretty interesting.

If you're gonna give 1's and 2's to dg and kappa for grades then it makes no sense to bottom out gphi kd and theta's looks at 5 and 6. Why sugar coat it? Just artificially boosts their ranks

Fyi I wrote that rank and I based grades off of the spring grades released by FSL. Since Phi got last in grades so they got a 1, and Pi Phi got 10 since they had best grades. and there are 10 sororities so it works.
Also for anyone whining about looks or social it pretty much fell in order with what the generally accepted rankings are. The higher a house was ranked the higher their looks and social numbers were pretty much.

This pretty much confirms that in anyone's book the top houses are Phi, Pi Phi, and Chi O. They rank high in this ranking which is actually based on substance, and in general rankings based on reputation.
This also should worry DG, or show pnms and other greeks that DG is ranked highly but regarded lowly by most people?
The lines of upper mid tier, lower mid tier, and bottom are a little blurred by this which really shows that our houses are pretty equal after the top few.
Solidifies Theta as bottom tier though.

I think after this year people are realizing that piphi is becoming a top house. Alongside, I think the mid tier deserves some shifting around as well

I get where you got this ranking from but here's a more realistic look at what the rankings SHOULD be even though we ALL know this isn't the way it is.

tri delt - known for being sloppy drunks, they were on probation all year for a girl getting too drunk at their bid day function, 5th in grades, don't really have a rep with frats and sororities that i know of cause they don't really do anything (except the frat dabs), mixed bag in terms of looks, participate strongly in every other houses events, their philos are delta desserts and cowboy up for the cure
kd - not known for anything, 3rd in grades, kind of a stoner house, mixed bag in terms of looks, participate in most events, some of the house rages, you're pretty much gaurenteed to find at least 1 kd at every party, their philos are shamrock (5k and spagetti feed) and kaydee cocoa
theta - known for being new and on the rise but try hards, 9th in grades, some really cool girls and a few weirds, liked by frats and sororities, they rage, they have pretty good participation in other houses events, and their philo is a casino night
gamma phi - known for being lowest tiered house, 7th in grades, always participate in other houses philo events, disliked by frats but liked by sororities, best physical sorority house on campus even though its far, their philo is a pancake feed
