pros vs. cons

Wait for rush and go talk to the brothers. The whole damn point of the rush process is to meet the houses and see who's the best fit for you, not know how you need to act to get a bid from a top tier frat.

Basically, pros of the all the top houses (Phi Psi, SAE, Beta, Sig Ep) is that they all have strong brotherhoods, party a lot, mostly good looking/athletic guys, and girls love them. Cons is that they aren't as involved in greek life as they should be.

Pros of middle tier houses is that they still party, pretty involved and are for the most part are cool guys. Cons are that they aren't on the same level social or popularity wise as the top houses.

Pros of the bottom houses is that most have a good brotherhood. Cons, they don't do anything.
