is a 2.8 a bad college gpa? i will be a sophomore

I rushed as a sophomore with a 2.8 and after first round only had 5 houses left for philanthropy day, and when I asked my friends in those houses that dropped me they said cuts are made after first round based on applications more than anything.

just go for it. Youll find a fit and have a good time. if you worry too much it just takes the fun out of everything

Unfortunately grades are a big part of first round and cuts are made because of them. I would still go through recruitment but just know that you will face heavy cuts the first few rounds because of it.

well you're a grade risk for sure. but it's not a for sure no, every sorority takes grade risks
