What houses typically hang out with each other? Rivalries?

all the top houses are pretty chill with each other, this isn't the south where everyone has huge egos.
Beta and SAE had some parties with sororities last year.
Phi Psi, Beta, SAE, and sig ep were all at shasta together and partied together.
There aren't many huge rivalries, as far as I know.
