Alpha Phi, DG, Pi Phi, Chi O, Kappa are the undisputed most selective houses during rush. They all have hot girls, smart girls, fun girls, chill girls etc. You can't go wrong with any of these houses come Fall

you really can't go wrong with any of the houses, rankings only matter to freshman and if you really think about it all of the houses offer similar benefits just go with who you connect with.

Not everyone wants to be top tier. Many girls are put off by their mentality and feel no connection whatsoever. To assume every PNM would take a bid from A Phi or DG is false.

Plenty of girls, including myself, have chosen middle tier houses OVER the houses listed above. It depends on who you feel most comfortable with. Also, this isn't the south..literally every sorority has hot girls, smart girls, fun, chill,etc.

I came to UO from the South and have family in Greek life at several campuses there. The stress here about finding a house is nothing really. Girls back there are simply suicidal over rankings that just don't exist here. PNMs - Relax and enjoy the process! you'll meet amazing people and find the mutually perfect house - I promise!

You also can't go wrong with AXO, KD or Theta! Whoever you click with is your new family. No one cares about rankings once you get there.

to LOL I heard kappa had the highest retention rate last year for rush every day and didn't have to do spring rush like phi or dg so........ at least the girls in the house actually like being in it

my roommate is in phi and she said they did spring rush because nationals raised the number or girls they could have in the house during winter quarter way after fall rush
