sae house

I'm a legacy at SAE and I've heard conflicting reports on their house. Can someone in SAE/someone who knows about the situation please let me know what's going on?

I have a few friends in SAE, and they can't seem to get their stories straight about the house. They've been "remodeling" for like 3 years now so I doubt it will ever get finished.The house is in complete shambles. Like what was said above, they lost basically all their good liveouts so I doubt there will be much partying. Their cool guys but they're screwed.
