You really can't go wrong with the top 7 (Ranking is my personal opinion)
Phi Psi
SAE
Sig Ep
Sigma Chi
Beta
Sig Nu
Lambda

These chapters function the most with top/middle sororities but some of them are still on social probation.
Beta, Phi Psi, SAE and Sig Ep Party more than Sigma Chi Sig Nu and Lambda but they make up for it in good grades.
SAE doesnt live in their house but they day rage more than any of these houses combined.

If those don't work try Kappa Sig and Delta Sig.

Phi Psi and Beta will just be getting off probation this fall so I think they will be raging hard. Also their physical houses are top notch.
Sig Ep really has nothing going for them besides some good parties and an okay house.
Sig Nu is rising, but they seem to think they are already top tier, when they are high middle.
Lambda is falling fast due to their probation after just getting off a different probation.
Sig Chi is also becoming less popular, multiple reasons.
SAE was top house material last couple years but now they're borderline top/middle.
