What's the status with Fiji getting their house back from aepi?
Sae moving back in their house?
Theta chi getting their house back from lambda?
Phi delt getting their house back from theta?

I know they own their house, but they need to get their numbers up before they can get a house. It takes a lot of time and effort to finally move in. He'll even Fiji hasn't even moved back into their house and they're way further along than theta chi.

Fiji has to wait awhile since aepi signed a lease last year lasting them for awhile longer.
Theta chi and phi delt are in the same boat where they need to get bigger to get the houses back. Both of those houses take a lot of numbers to fill. I can seem them both probably getting their houses back around the same
time.
