id put phi psi above beta.
They draw in hotties and have a dog.
But overall pretty accurate, I would say you can't go wrong with those 7 if you're rushing. Whether it's partying, sorority relations or involvement/achievement you'll find it here.

This must be a girl in a top sorority, but a freshmen haha. Wait for next year, when most frats are off social prob. This is is so off, it hurt.

I'm a girl, and Sigma Chi is definitely not the "undisputed top." Myself and most girls I know would say its Phi Psi/SAE tied for top depending on your preference, Sig EP, Beta, and then maybe Sigma Chi.

If no houses were on social probation the top houses would be this

Top
Sigep, lambda, Phi psi.
Sigma chi, beta sae

(Massive drop)

Then the other middle tier houses, then the bottom.

Again this is if everyone was actually not in trouble. It's so dumb how people say a house is crap just because they are on probation.

i would include sigma Nu before the massive drop, or even if there is a massive drop. They stepped it up spring term socially and within FSL. Their house was hella nice when I was there for their philanthropy with tridelt.

I'd also Throw in kappa sig too, they're social enough to make the "massive drop" cutoff and they aren't on social probation. They need some cooler dudes and a house and they'd be set.

Lambda doesn't deserve to even be mentioned with those other guys. Whether it's SAE, Phi Psi, Sig Ep, or Beta, you can't go wrong and you'll always have fun. Lambda was just full of weird guys who had their 15 minutes of fame and screwed it up. They were never meant to be a "top house."

The only thing lambda has Is the guy that has music on Sirius radio. when I've asked girls about the him, they say he won't talk to you unless you are in Phi, or DG. Pretty good way for their "social figurehead" to represent their house.

Now that Phi and SigEp have buddied up this year SigEp has become top, Literally every phi I know is dating a SigEp or parties with them every night.
