sorority rankings: can't argue w/ this

TOP:
1. DG & Aphi are tied
(depends who you ask which is top. Some like DG more some like Phi, both way above the others, houses are ridiculously competitive but you can't argue that both are at the same level)
UPPER:
2. KKG & PiPhi are equal
(PiPhi is more involved and a stronger house but guys like KKG more)
3. Chi O (Was at the top but is going down hill majorly everyone knows it)
LOWER:
4. AXO & KD (No one can argue that KD is getting a lot better)
5. Tri Delt
BOTTOM:
6. Theta (you might argue this but this is what everyone thinks)
7. Gphi

This is a faaaat load of bs hahaha chi o is way before KKG and so is Pi Phi. Let's be realistic about partying, frat relationships, and looks and get a real ranking:
Alpha Phi / DG - by far the top 2 and far better than the rest, deciding between the two is personal preference
Chi O / Pi Phi - Chi O is the party girls, Pi Phi is the smart girls, but looks wise these houses are the same.
Kappa - not as popular or involved as the houses above, but chill and guys love them
AXO / Tri Delt - they define middle tier. Some cute some not, super involved, don't party with top frats
KD / Theta - not as cute, don't party as much, but just below middle tier.
G Phi - regarded as bottom by everyone for looks and popularity among frats

No one is arguing that chi o ain't ratchet lol but that rank by Okay was pretty dead on. I would move pi phi above chi o but idk if they meant to have them equal or what.
