what's the fraternity rush process like?

It's a chance to meet multiple groups of guys and find which chapter fits your desires socially, academically etc. It's a lot on your part to make it to each rush event of the individual houses, IFC will have a calendar. Be ready to talk about yourself, your goals, and just really anything. The recruitment chairs will try to gauge your character so the more people you talk to and get to know, even if briefly, the better you will stand out. A lot of the events are really fun, some are more chill than others. As it gets further into rush week(s) the chapters begin to narrow down who comes until bids are given! Have fun! Go Greek!
