Which fraternities have houses and which are off campus?

Housed:
Alpha Epsilon Pi
Beta Theta Pi
Chi Psi
Delta Sigma Phi
Delta Tau Delta
Lambda Chi Alpha - Theta Chi owns it and so it could very well be someone elses soon
Phi Kappa Psi
Pi Kappa Phi- not really a fraternity house, but a apartment with letters
Sigma Chi
Sigma Nu - very new to the house, sigma pi's old house.
Sigma Phi Epsilon

Not Housed
Alpha Tau Omega
Delta Upsilon
Kappa Sigma
Phi Delta Theta
Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI)- they own AEPi's house.. might get it soon
Sigma Alpha Epsilon- they have one but its uninhabited. rumors of renovations are coming.
Sigma Pi - just lost it, sucks.
Theta Chi- supposedly owns Lambdas, need more members before they can get it.
