new ranking after that ridiculous one

Let's stop with these ridiculous rankings and be realistic. The only thing that changed any rankings this year were sanctions and chapters who got/lost houses.

A Phi / DG / Chi O
Pi Phi / KKG
AXO / DDD / KD
Theta / Gamma Phi

This is the basic tiers that girls go into rush thinking and most guys will agree that these tiers factor in looks, partying, and who they want to take to their formals. Yeah Chi O got in trouble, but did their social activity really change? No. They're partying just as hard and still higher in ranking than the other tiers considering frats don't care if they're on prob or not.

Phi Psi / SAE / Sig Ep
Beta / Sigma Chi
Lambda / Sigma Nu / Kappa Sig / Fiji
DTD / Delta Sig / AEPi
DU / Sigma Pi / Phi Delt / ATO / Theta Chi

Phi Psi, SAE, and Sig Ep without argument throw down more than any other houses and they have the reputation of awesome parties so girls will always go. Beta and Sigma Chi are obviously not on the same tier as the top 3 but definitely stand above the rest of the frats. Lambda moved down now that they're losing their house and won't have any parties. Sigma Pi moved down for losing their house, and Sigma Nu moved up since they moved in. Fiji, Sigma Nu, and Kappa Sig have all been steadily rising this term by throwing parties when everyone else was in trouble, but still a long way to go to be top. Then the rest of the houses fall in their usual rankings.
