Anchor Splash doesn't affect the rankings at all, if someone accurately ranked right now it would be this
Top: A Phi, Delta Gamma

This sounds more like it was written by someone in AXO than a KD. Lower middle tier and bottom tier houses should all just calm the hell down and stop trying to move up by posting on here. Recruit better girls, get better grades, party harder, and you'll slowly move up the chain. But until you make any actual changes don't act like one dance is gunna move you up to upper middle tier hahaha

Dg doesn't do anything for their own philanthropy they rely on every other house to raise money for them and they just sit and judge

Anchor splash has literally nothing to do with rankings. It's one philanthropy event. And pretty much every sorority hates DG and doesn't care about it unless they're begging for approval.
